Federal and Florida protections

The Florida Fair Housing Act covers the same protected classes, and Palm Beach County’s Fair Housing Ordinance also prohibits discrimination based on age, marital status, gender identity or expression, and sexual orientation.
How we put this into practice

- We describe properties and communities by their features, not by who “should” live there.
- We provide information such as school assignments as public facts, and encourage every buyer to verify them with the School District of Palm Beach County.
- We follow the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics.
